The files provided here contain the data for CTI, the contributing factors in lags, the macroclimate temperatures, and the Species Indicator Values for temperature used in the analyses. A .rmd and .html files are provided and contained all the R scripts in Rmarkdown format to produce the main results and figures in R (R Core Team 2019). The .html file can be directly generated from the .rmd file in RStudio
